Asalet Tulaz

I am an integrative therapist offering long and short term counselling in North London. My approach is strength and empowerment based and it is informed by different schools of thought, including psychodynamic, person-centred and transpersonal.

My aim is always to find what works best for each individual and tailor my support around your needs according to my training and experience and work with inner resources and personal resilience towards building healthy coping strategies.

My therapeutic style is empathic, interactional, warm and non-judgemental.  I use creative techniques in therapy including mindfulness, sub-personality work, internal family systems, creative visualisations, and body awareness.

I offer long and short-term therapy. Each appointment session is for fifty minutes. I work face to face and online on various venues in North London including NW1, N7 and N8. Currently due to the pandemic, all the sessions are held via online video or phone.

I deliver trainings for helping professionals

around vicarious/secondary trauma, burn out, compassion fatigue and self-care strategies 

I also facilitate team workshops and reflective practice sessions.
